Summary: Was good and clean. TV didn’t work and I got help with this right away even when it was working the reception wasn’t good at all picture kept breaking up

Summary: Lobby smelled very smoky when you walked in; when on ,1st floor also, 2nd floor did not. Carpeting in bedroom did not look clean, old & stained. Otherwise stay was good Shuttle service great, check in great, quiet

Summary: I would not stay there again. The lobby smelled like cigarettes and the rooms had a damp felling and smelled moldy. The furniture was old looking. The one positive was the pool area.

Summary: Three nights stay in this very comfortable hotel. Staff responds quickly to problems and requests. Grounds well kept. Good value for price. But where are the other guests?

Summary: It's way overpriced, way way way overpriced. The carpeting in the room was stained, it should have been replaced a couple years ago. The room and the lobby were very clean, the air conditioner worked great -- it was really hot so that was good. There's no morning breakfast, so that adds to the overpricing. A Super 8 would have been maybe a little nicer for significantly less $$ but there isn't much choice in Hinckley. The main casino hotel was over $100/night more.

Summary: Stay was fine except for the 3 hour power outage which shut down the pool which was why I had my kids out there. Wasn’t anyone’s fault but it definitely put a damper on the stay
